Every box is sliced, dried and packed in short runs. Some fruits sell out and occasionally a flavour will be unavailable. If we can’t hit the standard we want, we’d rather refund than send an average box.
Colour, shape and sweetness change with the season. Your box will never look copy-paste identical to a photo – that’s the whole point. You’re getting real fruit, not candy.
When you place an order we review it manually, confirm stock and delivery timing, and only then send a secure Stripe payment link from our business email.
You’ll always know where your order is up to. If anything is delayed or not available, we’ll tell you directly and offer options – swap, delay, or refund.
